10 Day Challenge: Day 4

My food today:

Breakfast – 3 broken up egg muffins cooked with a ton of Power Greens from Whole Foods and cherry tomatoes

Lunch – Salmon/avocado roll and 5 pieces nigiri with brown rice and a delicious salad with spring mix and ginger dressing (yes, soy sauce has wheat)

Snack – trail mix (not pictured)

Dinner – 1 summer roll (not pictured), Vietnamese lemongrass beef stir fry with a little white rice

Exercise: 60 min Lithe class (waspie – sculpting), 75 min yoga

Overall- not perfect, don’t love the white rice, but only had about a half cup. Really good for 2 meals out! And the combo of some sculpting work in Waspie and some good/fun yoga at Yoga Garden’s Funky Friday was an awesome and semi relaxing day!
