Turkey Sweet Potato Hash


I made this last night for lunches this week. It’s called Turkey Sweet Potato Hash. It’s just ground turkey, black beans, sweet potatoes, spinach, and onion. I’m super excited about it, and it’s simple to make. My estimates run about 388 calories if you split the recipe into 4 servings. I used spray olive oil instead of butter.
