I’m a 30 year old Philadelphian who likes to work out, eat, and drink beer.
I’m really into fitness. I spend a lot of my time exercising, and have a hard time going more than a day without get my butt moving. I take bootcamp classes, spin, run, practice yoga, and do a cheerleading based sculpting workout called Lithe Method (where I work part time at the front desk). Being active is a really big part of my life.
I’m really into food. I love trying new restaurants and new cuisines. I crave variety in my diet and cannot live on just chicken and broccoli. (I’m jealous of those kinds of people!)
I’m really into beer. Not the Miller Lite kinda beer. I’m talking delicious, caloric craft beer. I like wine too, because, I mean – really, who doesn’t like wine? Happy Hour is my favorite time of day.
Last year, I lost 15-20 pounds and have kept most of it off for the past 12 months. Now, I’m constantly trying to keep peace with my body through feeding it healthy things, working out, and enjoying all of the delicious things in life in moderation. It’s about being healthy while having fun and having balance in life.
